Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

What you’ll be doing : 

 
Senior Talent Acquisition Managers support assigned business sites and leaders to strategically address all talent acquisition needs. They develop and implement initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies. They proactively identify marketing and recruitment initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee related gross margins. Over time, they establish themselves as an indispensable member of the operational leadership team. Senior Managers must be able to quickly adapt plans and shifts directions in order to meet changing client requirements. This is challenging position that is suited for a highly-energy individual who can motivate their team to consistently meet aggressive goals.
 
What you’ll bring to us :
  • Overall accountability for recruitment at Revana
  • Leads Recruiting Team by providing day-to-day control and direction on applicant assessment, selection and offer. 
  • Scope covers agent hiring targets and business support roles for Revana. 
  • Collaborates with Site Director on all recruitment needs for Revana to ensure agent hiring and business support vacancies are filled timely.
  • From time to time, participates in presentations to existing and potential clients on high volume recruiting methodologies, sourcing strategies and applicant assessment. 
  • Ensures Taleo and other recruitment solutions are fully utilized by the Revana

What skills you’ll need :
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong knowledge in multiple TA/HC disciplines (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.). Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques
  • 10 years strong experience in Volume and Corporate Recruitment 
  • Proven ability to build relationships of trust with Director level leaders. Ability to influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
  • High level of integrity and judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going projects
  • Knowledge of business technologies, metrics, local and state employment laws
