TeleTech is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Learning Solution Architect to join our TeleTech Consulting, Learning & Performance team within our London, UK office.

What you’ll be doing : 


As a strategic member of the London Learning & Performance team you will be responsible for :

  • Supporting the sales team to solution and position multi-touch point, blended, social, gamified, multi-year learning solutions
  • Participating in all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales momentum through the design of innovative learning solutions that drive operational and business metrics
  • Aligning a variety of client business units and stakeholders to help define learning requirements and desired operational outcomes
  • Building deep and trust based relationships with subject matter experts across TeleTech’s various business units to ensure holistic, client-focused performance results
  • Architecting learning solutions that are performance based and measurable through agreed and objective KPIs.




What skills you’ll need :

  • 6 years of relevant experience designing and developing blended learning solutions that leverage the proven and/or innovative  framework to launch blended, social and informal learning interventions
  • Previous experience working with blue chip, global brands whilst employed at a niche digital learning specialist or Big 4 consulting organization that ideally has involved digital asset creation, content curation, knowledge management, gamification, 
  • In depth knowledge of industry and technology trends within the learning and digital learning space
  • Comfort and confidence when working closely with and – when required - challenging senior stakeholders; both client side and within TeleTech
  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree from an accredited university 
  • Ability to write and passionately present proposal responses that persuasively position and competitively differentiate the TeleTech solution.
