Job specifics/responsibilities:

Procurement & Accounting:
  • Coordinate requirements for compliance within each business unit;
  • Raising Purchase orders and facilitate overview & tracking;
  • Track monthly partner invoice and reporting;
  • Escalate vendor invoice complains towards Account Payable team;
  • Facilitate Partner On-boarding process;
  • Vendor account & system setup;
Partner Performance Management:
  • Facilitates/drive the setup of Proforma Invoice;
  • Prepare Performance reports;
  • Provide first level analysis of partner’s performance;
Project Management:
  • Strong initiative towards process optimization; knowledge acquisition; quality assurance;
  • Take ownership of internal projects and stretch assignments.
  • Fluency in German;
  • Very good English skills;
  • Bachelor/Master in Business or related;
  • Experience in virtual team environment;
  • 2-3 years of experience in service delivery is a strong advantage;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, excellent teamwork skills;
  • Organized and methodical approach.
