We are growing our team and have an exciting opportunity for you to join a very successful business as a Customer Service Representative representing an iconic brand. Our client is a globally recognised airline, and you will be delivering exceptional service to customers across their loyalty program.


Role Description


You will ensure an outstanding customer experience is delivered to existing and potential customers with a focus on first contact resolution.
Use your top notch communication skills to provide guidance and resolve problems for our customers, recognizing them as individuals and consistently displaying a willingness to go above and beyond.
Show up with energy, commitment and determination and help us provide unique solutions with your prompt follow up, assuming full ownership whilst communicating any issues to your Team Leader but ultimately ensuring our customers' needs are satisfied.


Ideally you will have :
  • 1 years previous experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
  • Exemplary communication skills to include verbal, written and superior listening skills, with the ability to empathise.
  • A positive attitude and the desire to delight our customers every chance you get.
  • The capacity to retain technical/product knowledge.
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Attention to detail is critical, efficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to a high standard.
  • You need to be comfortable with computer systems and can quickly learn new application systems.

You must be available to work rotating shifts Monday-Sunday between 9am-9pm, most likely rostered on the 12 :30pm-9pm shift.
