Writing a resume is never easy and I consider it as one of the most crucial steps in job hunting. In my previous blog post a few months ago, “Job Hunt Tip # 2: Have a Competent Resume,” I listed the essential elements that should be included in your resume. And in this post, I will dig deeper and focus on the common mistakes that people commit during resume writing.
This is part two of the job hunt tip series and this time, I am going to tackle another portion of the preparation process for job hunting. As I opened up the page today to write down some thoughts, I simultaneously picked up my cup of coffee. Well, in my case, it's actually chai, but the concept is the same... The paper it was resting upon was a project I've been working on for sometime. I've been sharing the concept with others in the organization and somehow my point was just not really hitting home.
One of the newest TeleTech service delivery centers is located in Greeley, Colorado (about 90 minutes from the corporate headquarters). The site started hiring in November of 2011 and by February, it completed training of the first classes of customer service associates. The Greeley site will support the customer channels of our clients in the communications and media world, financial services, government, healthcare, technology, transportation and retail industries.
