As a global organization that services clients in many different languages, TeleTech employees are servicing the customers of our client companies 24/7. An associate may speak the name of the client company hundreds of times every day. So I recently had a conversation with Kelly Culler, Senior Vice President of Global Human Capital, and Tim Hinds, Vice President of Human Capital.
