We all need energy to fuel us in a day’s work. For some of us, our daily allotment of energy may be consumed even before lunch. This alters our focus and lowers our potential productivity. The quick-fix for some include sugar rich foods and caffeine. This can give us a short burst of energy, yet may still fall short in filling the void for the whole day. Also, these types of food are addictive and can be unhealthy if consumed too much.
Integrity is on the founding values of TeleTech. A good foundation of a healthy and positive career life is built in honesty and integrity. Mahatma Ghandi said, “Truth never damages a cause that is just.” I agree that honesty begets happiness and contentment that will make your everyday life fun and worthwhile. We can achieve that target if we embrace the idea of living a truthful life at all times. On the other hand, lie begets guilt. Living under the nose of lie is just so hard. You can’t sleep at night or look another person in the eyes. You always have qualms in yourself and that heavy feeling in the conscience. Life couldn’t be normal and you don’t want that in your life. Since our work place automatically becomes our second home and our co-workers become our second family, we need to establish a good relationship with them to be able to work harmoniously with them.
