Having a busy schedule prevents a lot of people from focusing on their desired careers. It is a good thing though that there are several companies reaching out to people who want to work with the convenience of staying at home. Work at home jobs has been prevalent for the past few years now and a lot of folks have revived their careers through their work at home jobs.

“I’m so stressed!” - A phrase I usually hear from my co workers whenever they experience circumstances which lead them to the feeling of being stressed out. It is a very common situation for most of the employees across the globe causing a lot of difficultiess to people within the workplace. According to the U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, stress has various negative effects to individuals. They initiated a study and came up with a definition of stress in the work area and I quote:
