Joseph or “Josh” as his friends call him is one of the newest members of the Social Media team of TeleTech. Being an Internet Marketing professional for the past three years, Josh have extensive skills on both SEO and Social Media which makes him a good fit for the team. Apart from his professional background, outside the work place, Josh is an outgoing person. Whenever he has time, he either joins his friends on a mountain trek or goes to the beach and surfs. His passion in both recreational activities and social media led him to the creation of a community website from which he founded a month ago. He strongly believes that social media is a powerful tool to bridge people in a virtual platform, which makes communication and information sharing a lot easier and faster.
